These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are between you and Real Consulting LLC (“Real Consulting,” “we,” “us”). They apply to realconsulting.online, forms and tools on the site, demo or support phone calls, and text messages we send. By using the site, calling us, or consenting to texts, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Paid project work is also governed by any statement of work or written agreement we sign with you. If those conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.

The site is for information and to request a conversation. Content is general. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and it is not a promise of a specific result for your business.
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping that harms the service, no attempts to break security, and no illegal use. We may change or take down pages at any time.
Organization names used as examples of prior professional experience are not endorsements and do not mean those organizations are current clients.
Forms, the scorecard, and the optional demo phone line are so we can learn about your situation and show how we work. A score or demo is not a contract to buy anything. We may record or transcribe calls so we can follow up and improve the service.
Give us accurate contact information. If you give us someone else’s number, you confirm you are allowed to do that.
If you consent on a call, we may send SMS messages from Real Consulting with appointment details, follow-up information, links, or support related to the conversation. The words we use to ask, and how we record a yes, are on our opt-in page.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in for other companies’ marketing. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
The site design, copy, and materials we create are owned by Real Consulting or our licensors. You may not copy them for your own commercial site without written permission. You keep ownership of materials you send us. You give us a limited right to use them to respond and to do work you request.
Calls, texts, email, calendars, and hosting may run through third-party providers. Those providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or delays on networks we do not control, including wireless carriers.
The site and complimentary tools (scorecard, calculator, demo line) are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit a particular purpose. Live project work is described in the agreement for that work.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Real Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from the site, a demo call, or SMS. Our total liability for claims related to the site or complimentary tools is limited to $100. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
You agree to indemnify Real Consulting against claims that arise from your misuse of the site, from information you give us that you were not allowed to share, or from your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site or of SMS after an update means you accept the new Terms. The current version is at realconsulting.online/terms.
