1. Who we are

Real Consulting LLC (“Real Consulting,” “we,” “us”) is a technology and systems consulting firm. This policy applies to realconsulting.online, related pages, contact and scorecard forms, demo or client phone calls, and text messages we send.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact and business details you submit on forms or give us on a call: name, email, phone number, company, trade, company size, and the message you write.
• Scorecard or calculator answers if you use those tools on our site.
• Call information when you call us or our demo / client voice agents: phone number, date and time, call or agent ID, and a recording or transcript of the conversation.
• SMS consent records if you agree to texts: date, time, phone number, and call/agent ID. See SMS opt-in.
• Appointment details if we book, change, or cancel a time for you: service, time, and the number the booking is under.
• Technical data that our website host may log automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate time of the visit. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

We do not ask children under 13 to use these services, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

3. How we use information

We use this information to:

• Reply to inquiries and book Diagnose / audit conversations
• Provide consulting, implementation, and voice-agent work
• Schedule, confirm, update, or cancel appointments when you ask us to
• Send the text messages you consented to receive
• Keep records required for our work and for messaging compliance
• Improve the site and fix problems

We do not use your information to sell you unrelated third-party products.

4. Text messages and mobile information

If you consent on a call, we may text you about appointment details, follow-up information, links, or support related to that conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The full verbal script is on our opt-in page.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We only share that information with service providers who send or store the messages for us, and only as needed to deliver those messages or keep required records.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service from us.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Service providers that host the website, send email, place or receive calls, send SMS (for example Twilio), store calendars or bookings, or process form submissions. They may only use the data to provide that service to us.
• Professional advisors or partners you ask us to involve in a project, when needed to do the work.
• Authorities if the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety, or the security of our systems.

We do not sell personal information.

6. How long we keep it

We keep information as long as we need it to provide the service, keep business records, and meet legal or carrier-messaging requirements. SMS consent records are kept at least as long as we may send messages to that number, and for a reasonable period after you opt out so we can honor the opt-out.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No internet or phone system is completely secure. Please use a private email and phone number when you contact us.

8. Your choices

• Email info@realconsulting.online to ask what we have, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
• Reply STOP to our texts to stop SMS. You can also email us to opt out.
• You can decline the live demo line, forms, or scorecard. Some site features will not work without the information they ask for.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Email us and we will handle the request as the law requires.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. The current version will always be at realconsulting.online/privacy.
